Our desire is to know that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. There is a 30-day return policy on all DVD's and most Novelties, they are subject to the following conditions:
  • Merchandise MUST be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  • Opened/Used items cannot be returned under any circumstance other than defect.
  • Large items (not limited to xl products/masturbators/dolls) are not returnable, other than defect.
  • Defective DVDs will be replaced with the SAME title only.
  • We do not pay for postage on returns.
  • Original Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Defective novelty items can only be replaced with the same item only.
  • You may exchange a defective item to a different item, however, a restocking fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping cost in both directions if order is refused.
  • Refused orders are subject to an additional $15 fee imposed to us by the shipper.
  • Returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee.
Return/Exchange Procedure
If you need to return an item for exchange or a refund please follow the instructions below for a prompt response.
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item(s). To obtain a RMA# please e-mail Customer Service. In your e-mail, please include your original order number, the name of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you a RMA number within 1-2 days of your request. Please package all items securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box to expedite the return process. We do not accept return merchandise that arrives without a RMA number written on the outside of the package. Product must be shipped in a box including original cases and covers. Envelopes are NOT accepted. We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice.
NOTE:
  • We do not accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA Number written on the outside of the package.
  • RMA Number is good for 30 days from issuing date. After 30 days, The RMA is deleted from our system. Your return cannot be accepted.
  • Return item must be shipped in a box including original cases and covers.
  • We highly recommend that you send us your item the most economic way possible. Insurance on return package is your preference.

Defective Merchandise
We will be happy to exchange any defective product for the same title within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received and processed your return we will ship your replacement immediately.
 
Manufacturer Defect Item Return
We honor any defects within 30 days, in case it expires; you need to contact the manufacture directly. Most of our toy makers will honor 60-90 days warranty. Please find toy makers warranty inside the toy's box. Each toy comes with a warranty form, fill out your information, print and mail with defective item as instructed. This will expedite your exchange.
 
Unopened Merchandise
All unopened products are factory sealed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a credit to appear on your account’s billing statement. Returns will incur a 15%-25% restocking fee and shipping charges are non refundable.
 
Opened Merchandise
Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective items for credit or exchange due to health risks, only unopened or mechanically defective items are accepted for an exchange.
 
Return Order/Refused
You, the Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges if your order has been returned to us due to any of the reasons listed but not limited to a wrong shipping address, International return and Custom return. U.P.S will attempt to deliver 3 times at no additional charge after their 3rd attempt; U.P.S. will ship the undeliverable package back to us. If you would like our company to reship your package, a new shipping charge will apply. Refusing to accept a shipped order will result in a restocking fee. Your total credit amount will be less restocking fee and shipping fee. You will not be credited the full amount.
 
We do not pay for any return shipping if the item does not meet our return policy.
